Social Organizations Participate In Research On Employment Assistance Projects For Unemployed Youth

In recent years,China's economic development has entered a new normal,and the economic development speed,economic structure and development momentum have all undergone major changes.These new changes have brought great pressure on the employment of young people in China,making the unemployment problem of young people increasingly prominent.From the current practice experience,our country social organization as between government and market to make up for the employment system of "market failure" and "government failure",in the process of employment assistance are provided for loss of unemployed youth groups play a unique advantage,in the incentives and support the unemployed youth a school-age laborer groups took to the orbit of employment,as soon as possible to provide more jobs and aid forms to attract more young people to work.From domestic and abroad about the unemployed youth employment assistance and social organization operation of public services,such as combing and analysis of the results of the current research situation,you can see that the lack of existing research from social organizations involved in and participate in view of employment assistance programs and solve the problem of social youth unemployment,and promote the development of better and more comprehensive social organization.This research will take the unemployed youth employment assistance project of A employment service institute as the object.Through interviews,participatory observation and other methods to understand the social organization of the basic situation of employment assistance services and project operation,explore the social organizations in the unemployed youth employment assistance project of the main problems in the operation.It based on the grounded theory,through three times of interview text encoding,refined lead to help A business services in employment assistance project operation process,the main reasons include: the unemployed youth lack competitive advantage in employment,the unemployed youth's own employment barriers,the parents' improper intervention in the employment of the unemployed youth,the limited professional service capacity of employment assistance,the employment assistance project subject to human resources and financial constraints,and the unclear relationship between government and social organizations during the implementation of the project.Based on the empirical analysis,this research holds that the participation of social organizations in the employment assistance project for unemployed youth can promote the optimization of the project by enriching the content and form of the employment assistance project,expanding employment aid funds and professional service personnel quantity,improving the capacity of social organizations participating in the professional service of employment assistance,finally,clarifying the relationship between government and social organizations in the implementation of the employment assistance project.Furthermore,it provides some practical experience for the social organizations to participate in the employment assistance service for the unemployed youth and provides useful reference for the decision-making of relevant government departments.
