A Case Study On Re-employment Capacity Enhancement Of Unemployed Youth In The Community

With the rapid development of society,the existing research shows that the youth unemployment rate is obviously higher than the social average unemployment rate,almost3 times the adult unemployment rate,and is on the rise.Youth unemployment has become a hot social issue.Based on the research on the improvement of the re-employment ability of unemployed youth at home and abroad,this study selects H community unemployed youth from Lujia Town,Suzhou City,Jiangsu Province as the research object.This paper investigates the current situation of re-employment ability of unemployed youth in this community,and analyzes the reasons for the lack of re-employment ability of unemployed youth in this community,including weak psychological pressure resistance,low level of educational and less social support.Taking the unemployed youth Xiao Li as the research object,this paper adopts the method of case study to carry out practical exploratory research.Through the literature method and interview method to collect data,from strength perspective theory and social support network theory,individualized analysis of unemployed youth Xiao Li re-employability problems and needs,combined with the social work professional model and the real situation,and the method of case work is used to help the case owner to improve his re-employment ability by helping him to broaden his employment channels,improve his employment autonomy,improve his employment skills,understand and master communication skills,clarify his career planning,improve his ability to resist pressure,so as to achieve smooth reemployment.Finally,the case reflection is carried out to summarize the advantages and disadvantages of case work in the process of improving the reemployability,and put forward suggestions to improve it,hoping to provide a practical reference for the improvement of the reemployability of unemployed youth in China.
