An Exploratory Study On The Influence Of Social Capital On The Employment Concept Of Unemployed Urban Youth

Youth unemployment is a common problem faced by governments all over the world.In recent years,researches on unemployment at home and abroad mainly focus on the macro-structural level and the background of economic transformation,and put forward Suggestions for the improvement of policies and services.Most of the relevant researches on the application of social capital theory in the field of employment focus on the objective factors such as employment quality and employment opportunity of college graduates and postgraduates.This study takes urban unemployed youth as the main body of research,investigates their social capital and employment concept,and explores the influence of social capital on the concept of employment of urban unemployed youth.SPSS software was used for descriptive statistical analysis,chi-square test,one-way analysis of variance,correlation analysis and regression analysis of variable data.The results show that the social capital of the unemployed youth in cities and towns is generally low,but the concept of employment generally presents the trend of profit and high standards,which indicates that the main reasons for unemployment include inaccurate positioning of themselves in the labor market.Data results can respond to social capital theory and related research achievements of employment concept,also found that the existing research idea when applied to this study because it could not effectively avoid the subjective too strong employment concept of factors on its own shortcomings,therefore can only be part of the content of the validation research hypothesis,that social capital influence on the urban unemployed youth employment concept.Social work services in the future for solving the problem of urban unemployed youth employment difficult,should first help them better understand and apply their social network resources,pay attention to guide the subject itself to establish a correct concept of employment,unemployment and assisting the government and relevant departments to better establish employment service policy communication channels of transmission.
