As a symbol of the "normal" nature of normal education,educational practice is the key to improve the practical ability of normal students,the indispensable teaching link to realize the training of normal students,and also the extensive demand of the development of teacher education.As a new mode of educational practice,which is the basis and core of improving the quality of rural grass-roots education and promoting the reform of normal students' training,on-the-job practice has increasingly become a hot topic in the theoretical and practical fields of teacher education.In recent years,with the deepening of large-scale internship in China,there are practical problems to be solved.How to reform the practice mode,optimize the effect and improve the practical ability of normal students is an urgent task in the field of teacher education.The research comprehensively uses three research methods: literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to study the current situation of on-the-job practice of undergraduate normal students.The questionnaire method is mainly based on the perspective of undergraduate normal students' on-the-job practice,and self-developed undergraduate normal students' on-the-job practice status questionnaire,to conduct a questionnaire survey on the practice of undergraduate normal students in four universities.Its purpose is to start from the actual practice status,understand the effectiveness of its practice implementation,and through combing and reflecting on the causes of the low effect of practice,to improve the internship mode of undergraduate normal students.The first part is the introduction.This paper introduces the background,origin and significance of this study,combs the relevant research literature at home and abroad,defines the relevant concepts of the study,explains the ideas and methods of the study,and points out the key points and difficulties,innovation points and shortcomings of this study.The second part is the result and analysis of the investigation on the current situation of the post practice of the undergraduate normal students.First of all,it briefly explains the process of questionnaire design and reliability and validity test used in this research.Second,itspecifically conducts questionnaire survey on undergraduate normal students from five dimensions: practice preparation,practice task,practice organization and management,practice effect and evaluation,and practice guarantee.It also conducts in-depth interview on relevant guidance teachers and undergraduate normal students,and specifically on each dimension of the questionnaire The internal situation is further described and analyzed,showing the status quo of undergraduate internship.Finally,using the method of one-way ANOVA,this paper analyzes whether the variables of undergraduate normal students' major,internship school type,internship time,discipline type have significant impact on internship.The third part,the problems and reasons of post practice.According to the current situation of the practice,this paper analyzes the reasons that restrict the effect of the practice,and discusses the problems and difficulties in the process of practice.Through the analysis,we find that there are some problems and difficulties in practice preparation,practice task,practice organization management,practice guarantee,practice effect and evaluation.The fourth part is about the strategy of deepening the development of post practice.Based on the problems existing in the current situation of on-the-job practice of normal university students,the feasible improvement strategies are put forward as follows: improving the preparatory work of on-the-job practice;deepening the implementation content of on-the-job practice;improving the internal guarantee mechanism of on-the-job practice;strengthening the external support system of on-the-job practice;building the organization and management system of on-the-job practice;optimizing the evaluation mechanism of on-the-job practice.The fifth part is the conclusion and deficiency of the thesis.To analyze the problems and deficiencies in this investigation and research rationally,and lay the foundation for future research.
