Physical education is an important and compulsory course in large,middle and primary schools.It has the functions of improving physical fitness,practicing sports skills,and cultivating sports interest.Calisthenics is a sport that combines a variety of dance moves and music rhythms.It not only has high-standard competitive aerobics competitions at home and abroad,but is also the most popular sport in China's universities,sports schools,and fitness clubs.Sports.Zumba is a mix of South American dances such as Chacha,Samba,and Tango,as well as a variety of dance movements in other parts of the world.Zumba aerobic dance has not yet been popularized in China 's college public physical education classes.Integrating Zumba into aerobics public elective courses in colleges and universities can enrich the teaching content of aerobics public elective courses and attract more college students to participate in aerobics.The formation of exercise behaviors and the development of sports habits improve their physical functions.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the feasibility of Zumba fitness dance entering the college public physical education curriculum in order to enrich the content of physical education,promote the development of physical education in colleges,and stimulate students' interest in learning.In this study,literature data method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method,and mathematical statistics method were used.The effect of Zumba on the teaching effect of aerobics in ordinary colleges and universities was studied,and the students of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were investigated and experimented.Explore and analyze the effect of Zumba in the teaching of aerobics course in colleges.The results show that: Zumba and aerobics are similar in form of development,and the requirements for venue equipment are relatively consistent.Although more college students don't know Zumba deeply,they show a strong curiosity about South American dance,and the introduction of Zumba to aerobics teaching in colleges is welcomed by most students;The introduction of aerobics teaching in Zumba can more effectively improve students' physical fitness and interest in participating in aerobics,and achieve the purpose of guiding studentsto actively participate in sports;Zumba's introduction of aerobics teaching can not effectively improve the difficulty of aerobics,but for aerobics,Zumba training can more effectively improve students' body image and improve their artistic performance.Then show a more dynamic,more beautiful state of exercise.This paper puts forward some suggestions:Aerobics needs to keep pace with the times,and constantly introduce such fashionable,youthful and dynamic sports as Zumba,so as to attract students to participate in Aerobics more actively and enrich the content of Aerobics Teaching in Colleges and universities;Take the interest as the guidance to improve the students' enthusiasm for exercise.It can improve students' interest in participating in aerobics,guide and promote students to actively participate in and adhere to sports for a long time,so as to achieve the purpose of improving students' physical quality;The artistry of aerobics training.At the same time of improving the competitive level,sports ability and physical quality of Aerobics students,it is also necessary to improve the aesthetic feeling of Aerobics technical actions through a variety of dance actions,and improve the artistic value of Aerobics Teaching and development in Colleges and universities.
