Based on the application of Zumba in calisthenics teaching,this paper takes the students of Xuchang Fitness club as the objects of investigation,and analyzes the influence of zumba integration into calisthenics teaching on the students in various aspects,especially the influence of body shape and quality,skill level,learning attitude and ability.Using literature method,observation method,questionnaire method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,experiment test,such as investigation and statistical analysis,understand the zumba elements in the application of aerobics teaching effect,aimed at exploring an effective fitness aerobics teaching methods,so as to promote health club aerobics fitness effect is better.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Before and after the incorporation of zumba into calisthenics teaching,the body composition and circumference of each group of students changed significantly.Compared with the control group,the hip circumference of the experimental group changed significantly.(2)Compared with that before and after zumba was incorporated into the aerobics teaching of the fitness club,the flexibility and explosive power of the two groups of students were significantly improved,while the speed and balance ability were not significantly changed.The changes of endurance and flexibility were more obvious in the experimental group than in the control group,and there was no significant difference in speed,balance and strength between the two groups.(3)Before and after zumba element was integrated into aerobics teaching,the students’ technical performance was significantly improved,and the results of comparison between the groups: the experimental group had significant effects in terms of motor performance,strength and musical sense,but there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of motor specification and proficiency.(4)After zumba elements are integrated into aerobics teaching,the experimental group students have obvious effects in terms of musical artistic expression,significant improvement in the sense of musical rhythm,complete set of movements,musical understanding and coordination of musical movements are also obvious.(5)The integration of zumba elements in aerobics teaching has a significant impact on students’ learning interest and self-confidence,and has a great impact on the schedule of voluntary learning and exercise and the purpose of sports.Students can participate in physical exercise actively and consciously,which is conducive to the cultivation of fitness habits and the establishment of lifelong sports awareness of students.
