| Aerobics is a multifunctional game benefiting people in health body, with leisure entertainment, adjusting psychology, edifying sentiment, watching the performances,competitions etc. It also is one of the major development sports event in China, popular in colleges and universities sports teaching, and occupying an important position. With the development of the age, more different types of fashion popular sports will be introduced and promoted in our country, "zumba dance" is one of the most popular dance forms in the world, with fashion, rhythm and vitality, fitness. If we mix the "zumba dance" enthusiasm,rhythm and lively, youth, sunshine, etc into aerobics teaching in reason, it will not only can active classroom atmosphere, arouse the students’ interesting in study, but also bring students sunshine self-confidence, which is beneficial to the student body and mind’s overall development.For the phenomenon of laziness, lacking in activity, appeared in the course of colleges and universities aerobics teaching in Wuhu, trying to integrate "zumba dance" the essence with aerobics, in this paper, We do a preliminary study in the "zumba dance and aerobics combination problem: selecting the students in five colleges and universities(anhui normal university, school of medicine in the south of anhui, wuhu, anhui vocational and technical college trade vocational and technical college, anhui technical college of mechanical and electrical) in wuhu, as the research object, collecting the teaching data with literature, questionnaire, interview method and other methods, sorting data using Microsoft Excel software, using conventional mathematical methods to gather statistics from questionnaire, then, we conduct a comprehensive analysis and research by logical analysis of the collected data, and the characteristics, function of the" zumba dance" and the characteristic of the school aerobics and function are discussed through the literature analysis and combined with teaching practice, illuminating the aerobics teaching significance and the integration principles with the "zumba dance" and colleges and universities in Wuhu, proposing the the specific way to fusion, thereby helping to enrich teaching contents, activing classroom atmosphere, taping the potential of students’ personality, improving teaching quality and students’ learning effect.Conclusions:1ã€should keep pace with the impetus to the fusion of calisthenics teaching in colleges and universities, from fashion and practical ways to enrich traditional aerobics classes.2ã€Reflect the status of the students through integration and exert teacher’s leading role in sports, to enrich and improve the physical education curriculum reform and promoting quality education.3〠"Zumba dance" and fusion of calisthenics teaching in accordance with the physical and psychological characteristics of college students, contribute to the promotion of the development of the formation of the idea of lifelong sports and physical and mental health.4ã€Aerobics teachers necessary to expand their knowledge and professional skills,learn new things to change traditional teaching methods and approaches.5ã€Classroom teaching should attach importance to improving students ’ ability of self-study and self-expression, and improving passive absorption phenomenon, enhancing students ’ comprehensive ability.6ã€Fashionable in gymnastics teaching "zumba dance" element to stimulate students ’interest in learning, and promote friendship among students.7ã€On aerobics teaching of integration requires students to concepts, facilities, venue,teaching aspects of elements, and gradually improve the aerobics teaching content,teaching and learning environment. |
