Research On The Employment Status And Trend Of Equestrian Talents In Colleges And Universities In My Country

China has entered a new era,moving forward from a sports country to a sports power.Equestrian sports as a collection of leisure,entertainment and fitness fashion elegant sports,attracting a large number of equestrian enthusiasts,and has a huge consumer market.In this context,understanding the employment status of equestrian talents in China can provide scientific reference and important theoretical guidance for the training of equestrian talents in Colleges and universities,promote the employment of equestrian graduates in Colleges and universities,and contribute to the development of equestrian industry in China.Aiming at the equestrian graduates of Wuhan Business School in 2017-2019,this paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,field investigation and mathematical statistics to investigate and analyze the employment field,employment region,salary,employment satisfaction,comprehensive ability and other factors of graduates,and draws the following conclusion: the development of equestrian major of Wuhan business school is very tortuous,and it is on the rise as a whole Development trend;lack of relevant laws and regulations,to gradually standardized and people's attention and love;colleges and universities for China's equestrian industry to transport a large number of outstanding talents,and the number of people engaged in equestrian related work increased year by year;China's colleges and universities equestrian professional graduates of the industry is widely distributed;China's colleges and universities equestrian graduates expressed satisfaction with the salary and treatment of the majority;Professional theoretical knowledge and skills as well as comprehensive quality are the most concerned conditions of employers;most of the satisfaction degree of equestrian graduates to their employment status has met their expectations;the main factors affecting the employment of equestrian graduates are society,students and universities.In view of the employment status of the equestrian graduates of Wuhan business school,this paper makes the following proposals: 1.The state should release relevant policies,and enterprises strive for more capital investment;2.Understand the market and make career plans to improve the employment ability of equestrian talents;3.Strengthen theoretical knowledge learning and promote the comprehensive learning skills of students;4.Establish a new mechanism for the training of equestrian talents to promote the employment of students 5.Improve the employment guidance service system of equestrian major and master interview knowledge;6.Increase internship opportunities and broaden diversified practice platforms;7.Pay attention to the cultivation of versatile management talents.
