After the successful bid for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games,it is the top priority of the current work to build a good cultural environment for the Winter Olympic Games and promote college students to participate in the activities related to the Winter Olympic Games.College students’ perception of the cultural environment for the Winter Olympic Games and their participation in the activities related to the Winter Olympic Games are important aspects to comprehensively investigate the effect of Olympic Education in China.Through the methods of questionnaire,literature,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper investigates the characteristics of students’ perception of the cultural activities of the Winter Olympic Games and their participation in the Winter Olympic Games in six universities in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,reveals the characteristics of different students’ perception of the cultural environment of the Winter Olympic Games and their participation in the Winter Olympic Games,and studies their perception of the cultural environment and participation in the Winter Olympic Games The interaction of activities
