Expansion training has not been carried out in China for a long time,but it has developed rapidly in various cities and regions across the country.In the past two decades,the emerging expansion training has been favored by various enterprises and institutions as an emerging training method.The most important way to expand training development is to rely on the development of expansion training companies.In recent years,Tianjin's expansion of the training market has become popular,and the industry is booming.In order to further promote the healthy development of Tianjin's expansion training industry,this study was carried out.This article uses observation methods,questionnaire survey methods,interview methods and other investigation methods to study the organizational behavior characteristics of Tianjin Development Training Company.It summarizes the organizational behavior characteristics of Tianjin Development Training Company from the three levels of individual,group and organization as follows:(1)At the individual level,employees of Tianjin 's expansion training companies have a high degree of self-satisfaction and are selective in their work;the company has fewer types of recruitment channels,but the employment relationship with employees is more flexible;Own lack of career planning.(2)At the group level,the company has a variety of communication methods such as convenient vertical common,diverse parallel communication,etc.;it relies heavily on external communication;the team has two leadership behaviors,employee-oriented and organization-oriented,which have a certain impact on team cohesion.(3)At the organizational level,there are a variety of incentives,including rich salary and various forms of internal team building;the positive impact of incentive behavior also has negative impact;the organization's work plan is organized,and the implementation and organization of the organization plan Organization members' behaviors influence each other.The research found that the problems of Tianjin's expansion training company are:(1)The organizational managers put too much pressure on employees;(2)The advantages and disadvantages of the multilateral cooperation mechanism restrict the organizational behavior;(3)The uncertainty of part-time employees has a negative impact on the organizational work;(4)Some behaviors of individuals in the organization affect the organization's work;(5)The leadership behavior of managers of each company is unbalanced;(6)There are deviations in the organization's internal information transmission.Carry out relevant factor analysis on its existing problems and propose the following development strategies:(1)Appropriately reduce pressure and give employees some autonomy;(2)Multi-party cooperation to establish expansion bases and increase training teams;(3)Adjust the staffing ratio of expansion training activities;(4)Ensure effective communication of business management and training activities;(5)Pay attention to the construction of training courses and strengthen strategic plans;(6)Strengthen the construction of organizational culture and shape common values;(7)Improve the professional skills of the trainer and establish a trainer echelon;(8)Expand learning from training institutions in other regions and countries.
