A hundred years plan,education for this;Teachers are the foundation of education.Physical education teachers,as professional personnel specialized in physical education in schools,should have good professional ethics,systematic professional knowledge and professional skills in physical education,so it is necessary to carry out long-term,systematic and strict training and training.Many policy documents issued by the state emphasize the importance of the development of PE teacher education,but it is found that there are not many special PE teacher education policies issued in China,and there are few studies on PE teacher education policies,and no complete PE teacher education policy research system has been formed so far.Therefore for the sports teacher education policy research add brick add tile,based on the physical education teachers in our country since the reform and opening up the basis of the education policy of the 297 text,using literature method,history method,policy text analysis method,case study method,such as research methods,the promulgated in China since reform and opening up policy related to the physical education teachers education text carries on the quantitative and the qualitative analysis,find out the main characteristic of policy text and topic content changes,the characteristics of divides and policy evolution stages of case analysis,summarizes the influence factors of sports teacher education policy development and the existing problems,put forward the development countermeasure and the suggestion,The research conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.Based on the statistics and analysis of the number,subject and theme of the PE teacher education policy texts in China since the reform and opening up,the paper concludes the basic characteristics of the four aspects of the PE teacher education policy texts in China :(1)the change in the number of policies is increasing year by year and rapidly decreasing;(2)the authoritativeness and mutual cooperation of the policy-making subjects;(3)the policy theme is teacher training and further study;(4)the policy as a whole is developing toward systematization.2.The historical process of China's PE teacher education policy since the reform and opening up is mainly divided into the following stages: the recovery and adjustment stage(1978-1986),the development stage(1987-2000),the rapid development stage(2001-2011)and the innovation and breakthrough stage(2012-present).These four stages show the progressive development of PE teacher education policy and promote the innovative development of PE teacher education in China.At the same time,based on the case analysis of the typical policies,it is concluded that the main driving forces affecting the evolution of China's PE teacher education policy are: the emergence of PE teacher education problems and the orientation of China's strategic direction.3.The main problems in China's PE teacher education policy are as follows: the content of some policies is not closely combined with the reality;The content of the education policy for a few PE teachers is repetitive,backward and ambiguous.Imperfect policy system;The overall policy content is unbalanced and inclined.4.The development countermeasures of China's PE teacher education policy mainly include: implementing the adjustment of PE teacher education policy Research work;To optimize the decision-making process of PE teachers' education policy;To improve the education policy structure system of physical education teachers;Balance the content of PE teacher education policy.
