Investigation And Analysis Of The Current Situation Of Skating In Primary And Secondary Schools In Harbin

In the context of the Beijing Olympic Winter Games in 2022,China is marching towards a "big snow sports country" and a "big snow sports power";our country plans to reach 2,000 characteristic snow and ice schools in primary and secondary schools nationwide in 2020,and we plan to select by 2025 Out of 5000 characteristic schools and more than 700 normal schools.Against this background,the importance of the introduction of ice skating for the new school sports reform is evident.As one of the most representative traditional sports events in Heilongjiang Province,ice skating has won many championships and honors for the sports undertakings of Heilongjiang Province in major events,and also plays an important role in competitive sports in Heilongjiang Province.In recent years,in order to promote the performance of skating sports and improve the competitiveness of skating projects,school sports have gradually been used as a training base for reserve personnel,which has also made more schools have launched the sport,especially the primary and secondary schools in Harbin The main force and main battlefield for skating.The establishment of large-scale characteristic schools and base schools also promote the better and faster development of ice skating in our city.In order to better understand the development of skating in primary and secondary schools in Harbin,and make suggestions for future development,this article takes the situation of skating in primary and secondary schools in Harbin as the research object,taking Jiangyan Primary School in Daoli District,Yuhong Primary School in Nangang District,Nangang Seven primary and secondary schools including Oji Jihong Primary School,Daowai District Datong Primary School,Daoli District Xinyang Road Primary School,Nangang District No.47 Middle School,and Nangang District No.163 Middle School were investigated.Comprehensively use the methods of literature,expert interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other methods to study the current status of skating sports in primary and secondary schools in Harbin City and draw the results:First,the ice-skating school in Harbin has a better cultural atmosphere and a certain cultural foundation.This has laid a certain foundation for the sustainabledevelopment of the ice-skating school in Harbin.Second,the lack of government support has led to the lack of ice skating venues,the low per capita area for students,the high cost of renting out venues,and the imperfect facilities of the venues.It affects the teaching activities of skating on campus,cannot fully meet the needs of students for skating,and to a certain extent affects the enthusiasm of students to participate in skating.Third,at the present stage,most of the characteristic schools that carry out ice skating courses are satisfied with the effect of the classroom,and they think they can gain something.However,teachers are scarce,teachers are not highly professional,and courses are often offered,which is not conducive to the actual development of skating courses.
