Educational wit is an important way for kindergarten teachers to successfully achieve their educational goals and reflect their professional value,as well as an important measure of teachers' professional growth.However,many kindergarten teachers,especially novice teachers,are often unable to deal with unexpected educational events in a timely manner,resulting in a waste of educational opportunities.In severe cases,they will not be conducive to the healthy development of children's physical and mental health.Therefore,the research on kindergarten teachers' educational wit has extremely important practical valueThis study takes the backbone teachers of Nanjing S kindergarten as the research object,mainly based on the following two points:First,Teacher W often generates high-frequency,high-quality educational wits in the daily life of children;Second,The second is the researcher's internship in the teacher W class,which is convenient for observation and communication.This research mainly collects the educational wit cases presented by teacher W in one day's life through the use of observation record forms,supplements and improves the case information using interview methods,and on the basis of this,the qualitative text topic analysis method is used to collect the collected W Investigate the generation process of key teachers' educational wit casesAccording to the relevant theories of the existing educational wit process and the analysis of all the cases I have collected,it is found that there are some commonalities in the development process of the key teachers' educational wit,which can be attributed to the following four stages,namely the perception stage of the educational situation,Based on understanding the confirmation stage of the problem,the occurrence stage of educational wit action and the reflection stage in action.On this basis,according to the guiding principles adopted by the kindergarten teacher W in different situations,the educational wit of teachers can be divided into respecting the child's subjective education wit,giving attention to the child's education wit,and guiding the child' s reflective education Resourcefulness and providing supportive educational resourcefulness for young children.In addition,although the forms of educational wit generated by teacher W are diverse,there are still rules to follow,showing the common characteristics of education,coherence,strategy and flexibility.The factors that influence the generation of educational wit for kindergarten teachers in W are divided into internal factors and external factors.The internal factors are mainly due to the support of the key teachers' own educational habits,educational intentions,and educational emotions.The external factors mainly refer to the influence of the relationship between teachers and students,the cultural atmosphere of the kindergarten,and home exchangesBased on the successful experience of backbone teacher W,the researcher suggests that kindergarten teachers,especially novice teachers,should pay attention to their own growth while dealing with the relationship with other educational subjects such as children,teachers and parents.In addition,Kindergarten manager should also give full play to the overall coordination role,improve the teacher's post-service training mechanism,and make efforts to promote the generation of teacher education wit.
