Emerging information technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence trigger intelligent processes.They create new leadership situations and concepts,which also put forward new requirements for the development of school administrators' ICT leadership.Adapting to the changes of the era,there are differences in the development status of ICT leadership among administrators.In order to conform to the development trend of the age of smart and meet the demands of administrators,the training courses for school administrators need to continuously enrich and update.In order to adapt to the ICT development,"ICT Leadership" MOOC was established in 2016,which has provided administrators with a wealth of theoretical experience,practical cases and application guidance for ICT leadership.It was rated as the national excellent online open course and was awarded by multiple regional education departments.The aim of this study is to update the content of the course,adapt to the characteristics of smart education,help administrators continue to build future-oriented ICT leadership.Firstly,based on the methodology of "unity of history and logic",this study sorts out the connotation evolution of ICT leadership and forms a dynamic understanding mode of "structure-content",with relatively stable structure and constantly updated content.This study analyzes the characteristics of smart education,and summarizes the connotation of ICT leadership,including high-quality and efficient smart vision,interconnected smart space,co-established and shared smart teams,precise and accurate smart benefits.Secondly,the content analysis method is adopted to find that there are three typical characteristics of school administrators' ICT leadership,that is problem-oriented,demand-oriented and innovation-oriented.From the three dimensions of concept,action and reflection(focusing on the action dimension),we form the common and individual strategies of ICT leadership.The strategy of concept requires administrators to set up the awareness of change,experience the development of technology,and establish the understanding perspective of "structure-content".The strategy of action is based on the characteristics of different administrators,combined with the excellent typical cases of the construction of smart campus in Nanjing,which is proposed that suits the three types of administrators.The strategy of reflection leads the administrators to reflect on the level of the smart campus,reflect on their own awareness of education informatization,and establish a multiple ways to evaluate and reflect.Finally,the connotation and strategy of ICT leadership is applied to the 13 th MOOC course of ICT Leadership.Through questionnaire survey,work analysis and forum analysis,this study finds that the course can improve administrators' ICT leadership,clarify their understanding of various dimensions of ICT leadership,and help them better migrate to the real work scenarios.The study responds to the trainees' feedback and proposes some suggestions.For example,update content continuously,provide diversified case resources,provide different designs for different administrators.
