Research On The Construction Of Teaching Materials Of Physical Education Law In My Country's Colleges And Universities

Under the background of "Ruling the Country by Law" and "Strengthening the Country by Sports","Ruling the Sports by Law" came into being,and the national sports legal system construction is the core of "Ruling the Sports by Law",publicity and education of popularizing the law are the basis and foundation of "Ruling the Sports by Law".As the future physical education workers,the students of physical education major in colleges and universities are a powerful group to promote the rule of sports by law.So they must be educated in the Sports Law.When the colleges and universities set up the course of Sports Law,teaching material is the most important.Teaching material is the most authoritative and effective teaching resource in the process of students’ learning knowledge.The quality of teaching material is directly related to the teaching effect.For more than 30 years,the construction of Teaching Materials of sports law has achieved fruitful results with the joint efforts of teachers and experts in the teaching and research of Sports Law.Although these Teaching Materials are rich in content,and each of them has its own advantages in the applicable object,writing style and content selection,there are still many problems in the development of Teaching Materials.By combing the skeleton and basic information of the current domestic Teaching Materials of Sports Law and comparing the content of them,finds out their similarities and differences.To provide theoretical reference for the construction of domestic colleges and universities Sports Law teaching materials.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature,comparison and text analysis draws the following conclusions.Firstly,the emergence of social practical problems makes the content of the Sports Law Teaching Materials develop towards a richer and more perfect direction.Secondly,the updating of the Teaching Materials is not timely,the compilers are unstable and the function span is too large.Thirdly,the choice of content is "theory over practice".There are many differences in the choice of legal system because of the social factors,applicable objects and the editors’ academic viewpoints.Fourthly,the structure of the Teaching Materials have changed from "General theory — Division theory — Monograph" to "General theory — Monograph".Teaching Materials use very few charts and tables.The setting of the columns has gradually attached importance to the students’ independent thinking ability.Fifthly,the Teaching Materials are too similar,even "copied" and the case selection is not enough,the construction of Teaching Materials cannot keep up with the development of sports legal system.The main reasons for the above problems are:(1)The Teaching Materials all pay attention to the theory research,but the research angle and the idea are different;(2)All of them are faced with the problem of the orientation of the content of the Teaching Materials(3)The problem of "Legal System" and "Rule of Law" in the process from "Sports Country" to "Strengthening Sports Country";(4)The differences exist in the orientation of Physical Education Law courses in colleges and universities;(5)The researchers of Sports Law are inactive in the study of Sports Law Teaching Materials.Based on the comparison of domestic Teaching Materials of Sports Law with those of foreign countries,we found that there are some problems in the timeliness,operability and content expression of domestic Teaching Materials.This article thinks that we should proceed from the actual situation,make some necessary adjustments on the compilation of the existing teaching material of Sports Law,and put forward the following improving suggestions:(1)To form a committee for the compilation of Teaching Materials of Physical Education Law and form a regular compilation group;(2)Timely update the contents of Teaching Materials to incorporate the latest research results;(3)Increase the chart expression,change the single character expression;(4)The Teaching Material Column Design pays attention to raises the student to think ability and the practice ability;(5)Draws lessons from the foreign teaching material compilation advanced idea,pays attention to the discussion to the sports question.
