Taking the female marathoner He Yinli preparing for the 2019 Chongqing Marathon training as a research object,she adopted the literature data method,case analysis method,expert interview method,comparative analysis method and other research methods.Targeted research on training goals and tasks,training load,training content,training methods.Analyzing the characteristics of He Yinli's pre-match training,while providing reference for preparing for the Tokyo Olympics,it also provides theoretical support for the overall pre-match training plan and arrangement of China's outstanding marathon athletes.conclusion as below:(1)He Yinli's body shape and body function are in line with the characteristics of China's outstanding marathon athletes,but her 5000 m and 10,000 m athletic level is a little different from domestic excellent athletes.He Yinli's speed endurance level is slightly lower,but aerobic endurance is more prominent,which makes up for the lack of speed endurance to a certain extent.(2)He Yinli prepares for the Chongqing Marathon for 7 weeks.Pre-match training content mainly includes: aerobic endurance training,special endurance training,speed endurance training and physical fitness training.(3)Aerobic endurance is the focus of He Yinli's pre-match training.He trains an average of 8.6 times a week,accounting for 87%.Followed by special endurance training,accounting for 8%,both use continuous training method.Speed endurance training accounts for 5%,and interval training and repetitive training are mainly used.(4)He Yinli prepares for the special endurance and speed endurance load intensity training before the Chongqing Marathon.The specific endurance load intensity mainly shows the trend of medium,low,high,and low changes,and the speed endurance load intensity mainly shows low,high,and low And high change trends.(5)He Yinli's preparation for the Chongqing Marathon is more reasonable,but compared with foreign athletes,the training methods and methods are slightly single.According to the research conclusion,the following suggestions are made:(1)He Yinli should focus on physiological and biochemical indicators in future training.Regularly inspect and monitor its indicators and evaluate physical functions.(2)In the future training,He Yinli needs to focus on speed endurance training,increase the training content of speed endurance,and make a targeted training plan forspeed endurance.(3)He Yinli can make more changes in training methods and methods.Coaches should continue to explore in practice and conclude a structure system suitable for athletes' pre-match training plans.(4)He Yinli can perform high-temperature adaptive training before preparing for the Tokyo Olympics in order to play the best competitive level in the Olympics.
