The 21st century is an era of increasingly intelligent science and technology.The development of The Times promotes the progress of education.The concept of education and teaching methods are deeply influenced by the development of science and technology and culture.Under the premise that the new curriculum advocates cultivating students' thinking and solving practical problems,and improving students' creative ability and practical ability to face life and challenges,the emergence of new media has brought a new look to art education.The emergence of new media not only brings the education concept to break through the rigid educational concepts,but also brings the reform of teaching methods to inject vitality into the art classroom.At the same time,new media also brings a wider range of teaching resources and platforms,broaden teachers' teaching approaches,broaden students' horizons,improve students' image thinking ability,and cultivate students' creativity and practical problem-solving ability.This study takes the cultivation of imagination thinking in the art teaching of junior middle school as the starting point to explore how to effectively promote the cultivation of imagination thinking of junior middle school students in the new media envir onment.The first chapter of this paper is an overview of the theory.Firstly,it interprets the concept,characteristics and connotation of new media,and deeply explores the development of new media in the current environment and its impact on education.Secondly,it interprets the imagination thinking from the psychological perspective,expounds the classification and characteristics of imagination thinking,and analyzes the important significance of imagination thinking training in art teaching.The second chapter,in the form of questionnaire and interview to collect data,concluded that the contemporary art teaching in junior middle school thought the concept of thinking cultivation is not systematic,transmission visual expression form of oneness,the effectiveness of the construction of associative learning situation,the problem such as lag of modern teaching media into,and through the teacher's interview and the courses for a line of teaching case analysis,to explore imagine the advantage of the cultivation of thinking into the new media teaching.The third chapter starting from the concept of new media and technology,from the junior middle school fine arts teaching the knowledge system construction,creating situation,learning materials and teaching platform seepage four aspects put forward concrete strategies,and through the design and analysis of junior middle school under the new media environment art teaching cases,summed up the development of new media in the junior middle school fine arts teaching under the environment of imagination thinking training teaching mode and effective strategies.
