Chapter initiation course is the first course of each chapter.The teaching content is not limited to the first section of the textbook.The teaching purpose is to make students have an overall cognition of the content and methods of the new chapter to be learned,which plays a leading role in the whole chapter teaching.This study uses a variety of research methods,such as literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview research,to study the current teaching situation and teaching design of the initiation course of high school mathematics chapter.Firstly,it combs the literature about the beginning of chapter in mathematics and defines the concept of the beginning of chapter in order to find the theoretical basis of research.Secondly,through the teachers' questionnaire survey and the students' interview survey,we can understand the current teaching situation of the beginning course of senior high school mathematics chapter.Finally,based on the above research results,this paper puts forward some principles for the design of the initiation course of high school mathematics chapter,summarizes some design methods of the main links of the initiation course of chapter,and selects two typical cases for evaluation.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.The results of teachers' questionnaire show that:(1)High school mathematics teachers have a good understanding of the chapter initiation course,and the chapter initiation course has been paid attention to,but the current situation of teaching is not optimistic;(2)The development of teaching and research activities helps to improve teachers' understanding of the value of the chapter initiation course and practical teaching;(3)Teachers have the consciousness of designing the initiation course of chapter.They have a better understanding of the teaching task and purpose of the chapter initiation course.However,they are not familiar with the specific design methods due to their insufficient teaching design ability;(4)Teachers attach importance to the teaching status of chapter introduction in chapter initiation course;(5)Teachers and students agree with the inquiry teaching mode;(6)The students who have the learning experience of chapter initiation course in junior high school can better adapt to the learning in senior high school;(7)The students with different learning levels have different learning attitudes towards chapter initiation course;(8)The students' learning experience of chapter initiation course can effectively guide thefollow-up learning of new knowledge;(9)Students are prone to confusion about some knowledge or methods.2.The design principles of chapter initiation course include: paying attention to the overall design of the teaching process,the teaching emphasis should be in line with the level of learning ability,the design idea should be combined with the specific chapter characteristics,avoiding the informative teaching mode,manifesting the students' thinking process,and giving full play to the leading role of chapter initiation course in the subsequent new teaching.Chapter initiation course mainly includes three teaching links: introduction of learning topics,building of knowledge framework and prediction of thinking methods.Different link design methods should be selected according to specific chapter characteristics.The suggestions for the implementation of chapter initiation course are strengthening the teacher's teaching training,paying attention to the normalization of chapter initiation course teaching,improving the teaching evaluation mechanism,improving the compilation of chapter introduction of teaching materials.
