In the new curriculum reform,the five core qualities of history discipline put forward higher requirements for history teaching,and history teachers are faced with a severe test in the history accomplishment and teaching concept.The "reading of historical materials" set up in the "outline of Chinese and foreign history(Part I)",which is compiled by the Ministry of education,can not only be used as a tool for students' daily learning and cultivation of the core quality of history discipline,but also as a tool for teachers' daily teaching and improvement of their professional ability,whether in terms of material selection or content.The reading of historical materials is based on written historical materials,which are of various types."Historical data reading" fully considers the requirements of curriculum standards,the authenticity and classicality of historical data,and the systematicness of textbooks in selecting materials.Before using "Historical Reading",teachers should examine the authenticity of the selected text,grasp its original appearance and understand its purpose.Teachers can use "Historical Reading" from the perspectives of stimulating students' interest in learning,explaining teaching difficulties,highlighting teaching key points and expanding students' thinking perspective.When using "historical data reading" in teaching,teachers should conform to the reality of history teaching,fully mobilize the initiative of students,and conform to the development level of students.
