Education as a part of the school physical education, to make up for the lack of sports teaching, sports knowledge, enhance their physique, training students’ consciousness of lifelong sports, custom and ability plays an important role in the cultivation of students’ practical ability in Physical Education. So the sports values, mood and sports exercise behavior combined research, understand the different gender, grade, professional college students’ sports values, difference between mood and exercise behavior, and the degree of correlation between trying to find the three, find out the influence factors of exercise behavior, can effectively promote the students’ Lifelong Sports "to improve, cultivate correct awareness of sports values, and guide students to actively participate in physical exercise, to promote the development of physical and mental health of college students, through every kind of campus culture(Community Club) to let the students feel positive emotions in the movement of pleasure, so as to develop good exercise behavior, provide some practical significance for college students sports and healthy life.This research chooses college students in Kunming area as the object of study, the sports values of college students in five schools in Kunming City, state of mind sport and exercise behavior questionnaire. Through statistical analysis of survey data, understood the university student sports values, the movement state of mind and exercise for the status quo, as well as their relationship. Through the research obtained the following results:(1) boys and girls in sports values exist significant difference; there is a difference in students of different grades in the view of sports value, which third grade and fourth grade and first grade, second grade exist significant difference; different professional college students in the sports value view there is no significant difference; students from different schools in the view of sports value differences.(2) boys and girls in the motion state of mind does not exist significant difference; there is a difference in students of different grades in the motion state of mind, which third grade and fourth grade and first grade, second grade exist significant difference; different professional college students in the motion state of mind does not exist significant differences.(3) boys and girls on the exercise behavior exist significant differences, girls in this investigation behave better than boys, more actively participate in physical exercise; college students in different grades of exercise behavior are different, which a grade, second grade, third grade and fourth grade students exist significant differences.(4)There is a strong correlation between sports values and exercise behavior.
