Recording is an important way for young children to express their feelings,thoughts,and knowledge about activities through the use of symbols,images,tables,photos,numbers,simple text,and other forms.The "Guide to Learning and Development for Children Aged 3-6" proposes in the field of science that "children aged 4-5 can use pictures or other symbols to record",and in the language field,"willing to express their wishes with pictures or symbols",in the arts field proposes that "a variety of expressions can be used to express their feelings and imagination." It can be seen that records play a vital role in the expression of children's learning activities.However,at the practical level,the value of records has not been fully and effectively utilized,and most of the previous studies have focused on records in scientific activities,and there are few studies in other fields.Therefore,this study takes the class drama theme activities in the S kindergarten as an example,adopts the action research paradigm,and explores the value of the record in the drama theme activities with the class teachers,and summarizes the strategies to promote the implementation of the theme activities based on the children's records.First,the researchers analyzed the current status of the recording activities in the class theme,which mainly manifested in the lack of records for children before the implementation,the lack of links in the implementation and guidance of the records,the apparent interpretation of the records,and the confusion in support and response.In order to solve the problems in reality,the researchers adopt the spiral of "plan-plan-do-check-action-plan" through the four stages of drama theme activities:theme introduction,drama expression,drama performance and summary extension.Operation steps,analyze the effectiveness of the strategy in each stage and formulate plans for the next stage in response to the emerging problems in this stage.Finally,through four stages of action research,the researchers clarified the value of records from three perspectives of teachers,children,and theme activities,helping people to re-examine their understanding of records;summarizing strategies based on records to promote drama theme activities,mainly from records the three aspects of implementation guidance,interpretation of records,support and response are presented in detail.
