| The role of original kindergarten teaching routine in drama activities was weakened or even failure, due to the deconstruction of traditional teaching space-time structure by Children’s Drama Activities. Therefore, in order to solve the difficulties in teaching management of preschool teachers in kindergarten collective drama activities, on the basis of the multidisciplinary, the establishment, operation and maintenance of drama activities contract were studied for the necessary specially, to improve the theory and practice of the drama activities contract system gradually. This study opened the "plan, action, reflection and reflection" spiral of action research process, based on action research paradigm, employed the action research method, and drama theme activities of Hua Mulan for the class of5-6-year-olds was used as a major case, with a frontline teacher D as partner.
