The role of original kindergarten teaching routine in drama activities was weakened or even failure, due to the deconstruction of traditional teaching space-time structure by Children’s Drama Activities. Therefore, in order to solve the difficulties in teaching management of preschool teachers in kindergarten collective drama activities, on the basis of the multidisciplinary, the establishment, operation and maintenance of drama activities contract were studied for the necessary specially, to improve the theory and practice of the drama activities contract system gradually. This study opened the "plan, action, reflection and reflection" spiral of action research process, based on action research paradigm, employed the action research method, and drama theme activities of Hua Mulan for the class of5-6-year-olds was used as a major case, with a frontline teacher D as partner. The definition, connotation and value of the drama activities contract were discussed again in the study of Drama activities.Researcher think that the drama activities contract was a kind of symbolic interaction between teachers and children, it was a kind of freedom of contract, it inherited and transcended the teaching routine, it’s a true portraiture of the human-oriented teaching conception.The drama activities contract promoted the growth of teacher and students in double-subject.Finally, some suggestions were put forward for the drama teaching of preschool teachers, on the base of the detailed analysis of content, types and operation process of drama activities contract. First of all, teachers should set up correct consciousness of contract; rich game spirit of drama activities contract; Finally, use the drama activities contract in a proper way.
