| In recent years,with the promulgation of labor education-related documents by the state,it has been stated that colleges,middle schools,and primary schools should independently open compulsory courses for labor education,and strengthen labor education in the whole school section.Secondary vocational schools should actively respond to the call of the state and open up sufficient labor education courses,and the development of labor education resources in secondary vocational schools is an important guarantee for secondary vocational schools to open and do a good job in labor education.Therefore,secondary vocational schools should comprehensively develop labor education resources and promote the efficient implementation of labor education.Based on the actual situation of secondary vocational schools,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of secondary vocational schools and attribution,and finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of labor education resources in secondary vocational schools,in order to provide a realistic reference for the development of secondary vocational schools.There are 6 chapters in this study,with Chapter 1 as an Introduction,Chapters 2through 5 as the main text,and Chapter 6 as the conclusion.Chapter 1 of the thesis is an introduction.First,it introduces the research origin,purpose and significance of the development of labor education resources in secondary vocational schools;second,it sorts out the domestic and foreign literature related to the development of labor education resources in secondary vocational schools,and constructs its own research idea framework diagram on this basis;and the third is to introduce the research content,methods,innovation points and difficulties of this paper.Chapter 2 of the thesis provides an overview of the theories related to the development of labor education resources in secondary vocational schools.This study takes Marx’s theory on the comprehensive development of man,the theory of life education and schwab’s practical curriculum development theory as the theoretical basis for research,clarifies the theoretical orientation of the development of labor education resources in secondary vocational schools,and defines the concepts of labor education,education resources,and labor education resources.Based on this,the labor education resources of secondary vocational schools are classified,and the basis and constituent elements of the development of labor education resources in secondary vocational schools are expounded,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the establishment of the entire development system.Chapter 3 of the thesis is a research design on the development of labor education resources in secondary vocational schools.It includes the design of the interview outline,the basic situation of the interviewee,the collation and analysis of the interview data and the reliability and validity of the research,and the content of ethical issues.Chapter 4 of the thesis is mainly about the problems and attribution analysis of the development of labor education resources in secondary vocational schools.Through the analysis of the current situation of the development of labor education resources in secondary vocational schools,it is found that the problems in the development of labor education resources in secondary vocational schools mainly include: there are cognitive misunderstandings in the main body of labor education resource development in secondary vocational schools,there are integration misunderstandings in the development objects of labor education resources in secondary vocational schools,and there are application misunderstandings in the development of labor education resources in secondary vocational schools.In view of the problems existing in the development of labor education resources in secondary vocational schools,the main reasons for this are mainly: the weak awareness of the main body of labor education resource development in secondary vocational schools,the insufficient endogenous motivation for the development of labor education resources in secondary vocational schools,and the outdated methods for the development of labor education resources in secondary vocational schools.Chapter 5 of the paper is a discussion on countermeasures and suggestions for the development of labor education resources in secondary vocational schools.In view of the existing problems in the development of labor education resources in secondary vocational schools and the attribution analysis,the following countermeasures and suggestions are proposed: First,strengthen the construction of the main body and promote the in-depth development of labor education resources in secondary vocational schools;second,increase the integration efforts to improve the labor education resource development system of secondary vocational schools;third,build a labor education practice base for secondary vocational schools;fourth,innovate the development of labor education resources in secondary vocational schools through multiple channels and forms;fifth,change the teaching methods of labor education in secondary vocational schools;sixth,Construct a labor education evaluation system for secondary vocational schools.Chapter 6
