The spontaneous mass sports organization,as an informal organization formed by spontaneous gathering without any substantive tasks or any constraints,is the appeal of the mass sports participants.Under the relative contract,there is no clear hierarchy in spontaneous mass sports organization.The person in charge,as the core role of interpersonal relationships within the organization,brings other members of the organization together.As the core role of the organization,the person in charge has certain authority in the organization and able to represent the common long-cherished wishes of the members in the organization,and the leadership behavior has a certain influence on other members of the organization.In order to explore the characteristics of leadership behavior,members' interpersonal relationship and interpersonal trust of spontaneous mass sports organizations and the interaction between them,this study investigated 488 members of 49 spontaneous mass sports organizations in 14 cities through literature,investigation and mathematical statistics methods.The following conclusions were draw:1.Differences of leadership behavior,interpersonal relationships and interpersonal trust in demographic indicators(1)In terms of leadership behavior of spontaneous mass sports organization leaders,the degree of inclination from high to low is enthusiastic guidance,positive feedback,urging members to exercise actively,and personal leadership charm;there is no significant difference in all demographic indicators.(2)In terms of interpersonal relationships among members of spontaneous mass sports organizations,women,middle-aged and senior citizens(except for those over 70 years old),local and frequent participants in square dances,vigorous walking and other projects have significantly closer interpersonal relationships;The level of interpersonal relationships among those settled in the southeast or south-central region,with a graduate degree and engaging in students or a combination of mental and physical vocations is obviously alienated.Interpersonal relationships differ mainly due to living environment and cultural identity.(3)In terms of interpersonal trust among members of spontaneous mass sports organizations,the trust level of middle-aged and elderly people and walkers and square dance lovers is generally higher;the trust of residents in southeast and south-central regions is significantly lower than that of other regions;the emotional trust of local population and members of participating organizations for a long time is higher;and the education level is a "U" shape in both low ends and high in the middle.Basically,the level of trust of those who occupy the peak in the economic and cultural fields is lower.2.The prediction of interpersonal trust by leadership behavior and interpersonal relationship(1)The interpersonal relationship of the spontaneous mass sports organization weakens the predictive effect of the responsible person's leadership behavior on the member's interpersonal trust.In the process of being elected as a person in charge,interpersonal trust is a necessary factor,and long-term interpersonal relationship is the basis of interpersonal trust.(2)Positive feedback and personal leadership charm among the four leadership behaviors of spontaneous mass sports organization leaders have a significant predictive effect on members' interpersonal trust,and the predictive ability of personal leadership charm is slightly stronger than that of positive feedback.Both the verbal communication and the non-verbal communication of the image-building are a kind of information exchange,which is the key to gain the trust of members.(3)The three dimensions of interpersonal relationship among the members of spontaneous mass sports organizations all have significant predictive effect on interpersonal trust.The order of their predictive ability from high to low is value exchange and team awareness,self-value protection,and emotional communication.Interpersonal relationship affects interpersonal interaction,and interpersonal trust is gradually established in interpersonal interaction.3.The intermediary effect of interpersonal relationship between leadership behavior and interpersonal trustThe interpersonal relationship among the members of the spontaneous mass sports organization plays a complete intermediary role between the leadership behavior of the person in charge and the interpersonal trust of the members,and the effect of value exchange,team awareness,and self-value protection is more significant.The premise that the leaders of spontaneous mass sports organizations can gain the trust of members is based on good interpersonal relationships.The selection and assignment of the heads of spontaneous mass sports organizations or social sports instructors should give priority to interpersonal relationships.
