With the development of economy and technology,the requirements of the society for the quality of labor force are constantly improving,especially for the labor force with scientific literacy.Therefore,it is an urgent need to strengthen education and cultivate the scientific literacy of citizens in all stages of talent training.In order to meet the requirements of education,the curriculum standard of biology for senior high school(2017 version)(hereinafter referred to as the new curriculum standard)was born."Big concept of content focus" is one of the concepts clearly put forward in the new curriculum standard.In order to achieve this concept,teaching should be concise and focused,so as to promote the achievement of the goal of cultivating core literacy.However,for senior high school biology,there are many concepts and branches,which constitute a complex knowledge system.If students only study and memorize trivia,they can't understand the relationship between concepts,can't build a complete knowledge system,and there are certain difficulties in solving practical problems.As a graphic method,concept map uses nodes to represent concepts,wires to represent relationships between concepts,and links trivial concepts with connectives to clearly show relationships between concepts.It can be seen that the application of concept map to biology is a good strategy no matter from the training objective of the new curriculum standard or from the characteristics of high school biology.Through reading the relevant materials at home and abroad,it is found that the application of concept map involves in many fields,and the research results in education and teaching are quite rich.However,it is found that concept map is involved in many teaching links,but there is less research on preview,even if it is involved,it is not the focus of research.The preview process is of great significance for students' learning and teachers' teaching.Therefore,on the basis of previous research,the author takes the application of concept map in senior high school biology preview as the research topic and conducts research during the practice.In this study,two parallel classes were randomly selected from the senior one of the internship schools for the study object,and the senior one(6)class was randomly designated as the control class and the senior one(7)class as the experimental class.In this study,the second and third chapters of molecule and cell,a required course in senior high school biology,are taken as the research contents.Each section of the twochapters is designed with a preview sheet.The experimental class uses a preview sheet of concept map,and the control class uses a common blank filling Preview sheet.After the students' preview,the teachers analyze the students' preview and design the teaching.Each chapter explores the impact of the concept map used in senior high school biology preview through classroom observation,interviews and chapter concept map drawn by students.In the third chapter,the p-value of t-test of the experimental class and the control class is 0.015 and 0.026,respectively,which are less than 0.05,the difference is significant.It is believed that the use of concept map in biological preview can improve students' input in the classroom,promote students' understanding of concepts,and promote the realization of learning objectives in the classroom,However,the data results show that the application of concept map in biological preview has no significant impact on students' autonomy and interaction in the classroom;the data statistics of the chapter concept map drawn by students show that the scores of the second chapter concept map drawn by the experimental class are 101,320,82.4,6,52,20 in concept,connection,branch,level level,horizontal connection and example,respectively,In the third chapter,the scores of concept map in concept,connection,branch,level level,horizontal connection and example are 189,453,100,6.2,90 and36,respectively.The results of the two chapters are better than those of the control class,especially in connection and horizontal connection,the scores of the experimental class are significantly higher than those of the control class,while the connection and horizontal connection can better reflect the relationship between concepts,Therefore,it is believed that the use of concept map in biological preview can promote students' understanding of concepts and the relationship between concepts,and help students to build a knowledge system;in addition,through interviews,it is found that most students are willing to use concept map,according to which,concept map can also be used as a learning tool for students to enrich learning methods.
