According to the new 2017 curriculum standard,issue-based teaching is an important starting point for the curriculum reform of ideological and political subjects in high schools.The design and implementation of the curriculum need to have complete and clear ideas,interlocking activities,and the active participation of students.The pre-task advocates "learning before teaching" and "learning by learning",which can not only become the beginning of issue-based teaching,but also stimulate students’ enthusiasm to actively participate in issue-based teaching.Therefore,the application of the pre-task for ideological and political courses in high school in issue-based teaching is of great value,and can help achieve the course objectives and fundamental tasks stipulated in the 2017 new curriculum standards.In order to apply the pre-task of ideological and political lessons in senior high school to issue-based teaching,we must examine the current status of the pre-task in ideological and political course of high school and the restrictive factors applied to issue-based teaching.After investigation,the current pre-task of ideological and political courses in senior high schools is moderate,but the tradition of homework types also brings problems such as incomplete evaluation systems and incomplete functions and effects.In addition,the application of pre-task to topical teaching also has teachers ’inadequate willingness and ability to develop topical teaching,prerequisites;students’ initiative and sense of participation in subject learning are low;the evaluation system affects the overall education and teaching ecology Other constraints.Therefore,the application of the pre-task in issue-based teaching requires common changes between teachers and students: teachers,as the designer of preparatory work,must go from spontaneous to conscious,and students,as participants of preparatory work,must go from passive to active.In addition,the Marxist environmental outlook has revealed that changing the educational environment is also an important way for prerequisite assignments to be applied to topical teaching.Innovating and optimizing the college entrance examination evaluation system,attaching importance to the leading position of the discipline in school moral education,and improving the homeschool cooperation mechanism can turn the unfavorable factors in the education environment into a powerful support force.
