Research On Related Problems Of Land Circulation Farmers' Satisfaction Degree

At present China has entered a stage in the process of new urbanization.In this paper,the process of new urbanization in the background,analyzes the definition,characteristics and differences between the traditional urbanization and new urbanization,focus on Farmers'model in the process of urbanization of land circulation problems,put forward the policy of land circulation and means of implementation of new urbanization in suburban area in Wuhan city.Now the focus of "the three agriculture problems" is the land problem,and the land circulation problem in the process of new urbanization is typical and important,the research on land circulation problem in the process of new urbanization,is conducive to speeding up the urbanization process of China,is conducive to the improvement of basic living level of farmers live,conducive to the realization of the social justice and fairness with the goal of building a well-off society,a series of measures focusing on the land circulation problem in the process of new urbanization has important significance in theory and practice.In this paper,the process of new urbanization in the background,far from urban areas of Hubei province in Wuhan City as an example,describe the definition,characteristics and the differences between the traditional urbanization and new urbanization,analysis the problem of land circulation,find the land circulation problem in the process of new urbanization,push the suggestions and means of land circulation in suburban area of Wuhan city.This paper takes Hubei province Wuhan city-Cai Dian district,Jiang Xia district and Huang Pi district as the sample regions,adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,firstly to investigate areas and farmland transfer summary and the sample characteristic carries on the analysis,the basic situation of economic and social development are briefly introduced in the survey area Wuhan city-Cai Dian district,Jiang Xia district and Huang Pi district.Social features,economic features and the basic situation of agricultural land circulation in the survey sample of households.The actual questionnaire investigate on rural land circulation satisfaction.This article mainly from following aspects:the reasons affecting the rural land circulation,the reasons of the farmers are not willing to carry out land circulation and are willing to carry out land circulation.Analysis on farmers'behavior and land circulation in rural land transfer behavior,mainly is carries on the analysis through the following dimensions:the number of farmers' circulation characteristics and costs,land scale benefit analysis and implementation of formal analysis of land circulation farmers,farmers' land source analysis,analysis using the contract mode of farmers in the process of land circulation farmers in the process of land circulation,the period as agreed,ways of realization of land circulation farmers,the reasons of land circulation farmers.Then the behavior differences on land circulation farmers are analyzed are mainly based on the differences of satisfaction and behavior of rural households in the process of land circulation performance,farmers' satisfaction and behavior difference analysis of causes of two aspects to explore,in the analysis of the reasons is mainly divided,"in and out respectively" two aspects.Then analysis the restrict factors in the current land circulation farmers' satisfaction,It can be explained from the four aspects:family status,land,labor force status and other factors.Including farmers' land circulation satisfaction and behavior is a rational social and economic behavior.At the end of the paper,puts forward the far city Wuhan City in the model in the process of urbanization of land circulation problems,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:establish a unified construction of city and suburban land market;strictly regulate and improve the land management system;improving integration development system and mechanisms between the urban area and the suburban areas;strengthen governments' policy support and platform construction;improve the land circulation related social security systems.
