Agriculture is the basis of a country’s survival and development, and we have to rely on agriculture regardless how developed the nation’s economy, therefore, the development level of agriculture has become an important indicator of each nation’s food security. China is a developing country, and its land area ranks third in the world after Russia and Canada,but land owing amount per capita is only the world’s 1/3. To feed 1.4 billion people, China must revitalize agriculture for agricultural modernization and improve agricultural productivity and efficiency to guarantee Chinese food supply security.At the same time, the government shows deeply concern about agriculture development. In the 18 th CPC Central Committee Session, two sessions and the central document No.1 of 2016, the government has put forward the implementation of land circulation work to ensure 1.8 billion acre arable lands red line, achievement of large-scale agriculture development, improvement of land utilization and circulated population employment rate, and the development of precised agriculture policies. Under that context this paper has summarized the implementation situation of land circulation policy and land circulation contribution rate for agricultural mechanization after making a research of Yaodian town. It is of great importance on study of land circulation in the process of urbanization which will lay the foundation of realization for agricultural mechanization,large-scale agriculture and agricultural modernization, and create a road for the improvement of food production and farmers’ income.This article can be divided into three parts. The first part, including the first chapter to the third one, has described the concepts relating to urbanization, land circulation and the relationship between them, and also introduced the particular theories about land circulation and urbanization after a brief introduction of the main study direction and development situation by home and abroad, which paved the way for the second part. The second part is constituted of the fourth chapter, which has introduced the basic situation of land circulation, the main forms of circulation and circulation achievements of Yaodian town.This part has also analyzed the land circulation motion through data collected by Yaodian government and showed the land circulation situation in data. On that basis, this paper has proposed the future development direction of Yaodian town’s land circulation on the base of modern technology--------Internet+agriculture model and village-house business model.Finally, the third part of this article, chapter five and six, has summed up the problems encountered during investigation of Yaodian town’s land circulation and addressedrecommended solutions to that problems.
