Intrapreneurship has become the source of motive power to maintain the entrepreneurial passion and gain competitive advantage,and is given attention to by more and more enterprises.Organizational learning is chosen by a lot of enterprises to achieve the construction and improvement of intrapreneurship mechanism.Benchmarking is an important way for organizations to learn knowledge and innovate.In the academia of this area,intrapreneurship is set as the antecedent variables in most of the previous studies,and its positive effect on organizational performance has been confirmed by a lot of research.In the research field that explore the factors that influence intrapreneurship,almost all the scholars made their conclusions on the elements such as the uncertainty of internal or external environment,roles of top management,strategic human resource management and so on.When the benchmarking was operated in organizational learning,a great deal of firms will aim at the target in terms of the outstanding managerial processes,advanced technology,and the service of the leading enterprises.However,the case that the organization learning which was fixed on the goal of the soft strength--the culture of innovation is very rarely.For this purpose,in this paper,intrapreneurship will be seen as a result variable.And then,we will find out the approach that can help the enterprise to construct a mechanism of intrapreneurship,within the organization,through the research of the relationship between intrapreneurship and the benchmarking of innovative cultural.First of all,this paper reviews the development and definition of the theory such as intrapreneurship,benchmarking and innovative culture;the propositions are developed by the discussing of the inherent logical relationship between benchmarking and intrapreneurship;and then,we build up a theoretical model of the formation of intrapreneurship mechanism inside the firm.During the empirical study,the research team went into some enterprises for a first small-scale investigation to find out the problems that hide in the questionnaire without our awareness.After that,we summarized the omissions within the previous questionnaire and modified them to fix up the final questionnaire for following research.A wide range of formal research is composed of two parts.One of them is finished by the help of 50 students who were select by us and were requested to get the questionnaire survey during the school winter vacation.The other part was accomplished by the research team to gain the rest part of the questionnaire data,just like the previous small-scale investigation.At last,the statistic and analysis of the data we collected before was processed by the use of software SPSS.21 and Amos21,and through which the justified of the hypotheses and the test of the theoretical model of the research were fulfilled.Indeed,after our effort for this study above,we get some specific conclusions as follows:(1)the benchmarking which aimed at the innovative culture of the excellent enterprise has a positive effect on the intrapreneurship;(2)As the study of the innovative culture of the leading enterprise,the internal culture of the enterprise can be influenced positively and will have a certain degree of change,as well as the dynamic capabilities of enterprises will get a positive impact too;(3)the change of corporate culture and the dynamic capabilities both have positive effect on the intrapreneurship;(4)the change of corporate culture and the dynamic capability plays a mediator role between the variables benchmarking of innovative culture and intrapreneurship.The results of the study provide an effective path of construct for the mechanism of intrapreneurship,which is a significance contribution for the company to improve innovative capability in practice.
