NARI Information&Communication Technology Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nanjing NARI Group Corporation,concentrating on the main business of electronic information,communication system construction and service.Nanjing NARI Group Corporation is integrated operated with State Grid Electric Power Research Institute,which is directly owned by State Grid Corporation of China(SGCC).As the leading enterprise in IT domain of NARI Group and SGCC,in recent 5 years,NARI ICT’s operating income increases at an average annual rate of 50%growth.Now,its industry includes R&D,implementation,operating maintenance and consulting service of information and communication products,and has formed a 4S(OMS,PMS,IMS,TMS)and security represented production lines.Years ago,much of the super-high development of NARI ICT benefits from the rapid growth of national macro economy.However,under the environment of macroeconomic "new normal" and informatization-investment reduction in SGCC,NARI ICT is facing increasingly intense market competition and higher requirements from their customers on products and services.Besides,NARI ICT also experiences changes in operation and management,including internal structure and operation modes.To take an example,it introduces massive human service outsourcing in recent years.Therefore,NARI ICT must formulate new development plans to adjust to the changes in order to take the road of sustainable development.Referencing theory of strategic management,using a variety of analysis methods,this article study comprehensively on NARI ICT’s external and internal environments,and on the basis of that,proposes new development strategies and implementation measures.There are six chapters of this article.The first chapter is introduction,which introduces background,purpose and significance of the research.The second chapter is theory of enterprise strategy management,which summarizes theory of strategic management and introduces main models and methods used in the research.The third chapter analyses the macroscopic environment with PEST and analyses the competitive environment with five forces model.The fourth chapter focuses on NARI ICT’s internal environment,with introduction of the company’s profile,development history,highly customized and quick replaced software products,and typical business characteristics such as a majority of engineers work and provide services at the front.In this part,core resource of the company is analyzed with RBV theory,and main ability is analyzed by value chain analysis.The fifth chapter,the SWOT analysis,ultimately establish a NARI ICT’s growth type of development strategy,and a competitive business plan of total cost leadership and differentiation combination.Finally,measures of strategy implementation are put forward.
