With the suggestion of "Internet +",China not only has paid great attention to Internet economy,but also formulated relevant policies to promote the development of e-commerce.Agriculture,as the primary industry,plays its basic role in the national economy.And agriculture is also the survive of the national industry,so policies were made to promote agricultural development.However,due to the different development progress,different levels,different technologies,both can not be directly connected.The new business models must be formed under the development of the new economic situation which can upgrade industry with innovation and optimize industrial distribution.Nowadays,many problems,such as agricultural development with information technology,should be solved by the government.Besides,how to increase agricultural products' added-value with new business models is urgent.In addition,extending agricultural industrial chain to promote farmers' income,accelerating agricultural development and improving agricultural modernization process are equally important.Chinese agricultural E-commerce is facing a series of problems because of relatively late in getting started.How to combine of agriculture and e-commerce and how to solve the agricultural distribution system have drawn experts' attention.Besides,how to determine the factors that influence the development of China's agricultural products e-commerce and how to ensure E-commerce development in good health also become the research task.Based on transaction cost theory,value chain theory and supply chain theory,the paper is empirical analysis of development of China's agricultural e-commerce with fuzzy analytical hierarchy process.Except for introduction,the paper consists of 5 parts.For the first part,related concepts were defined and transaction cost theory,value chain theory and supply chain theory were introduced.For the second part,the paper analyzed the e-commerce development status of China agricultural products and existing problems such as inadequate infrastructure,information resources construction and credit building.The third part analyzed the influencing factors of Chinese agricultural products e-commerce development and also such factors were confirmed using fuzzy analytical hierarchy process.The fourth part summarized the enlightenment coming from United States,Japan,and EU's experience.Finally,according to related theory and empirical analysis conclusion,countermeasures and suggestions were given using the experience of foreign countries' model.The paper analyzed Chinese e-commerce development of agricultural products using literature analysis,system analysis and uzzy analytical hierarchy process.Influenced factors of Chinese agricultural E-commerce development were analyzed by fuzzy analytical hierarchy process and qualitative and quantitative analysis.Thanks to the analysis above,clear sorting of influenced factors could be formed and relative measures could be given.All in all,the research above will promote the development of Chinese agricultural E-commerce,agricultural informatization and modernization.Besides,it also can promote rural economic development and provide assistance for the marketing of agricultural reform.
