E-commerce in China witnessed a rapid progress.The survey data of the National Bureau of Statistics in 2018 showed that the volume of national e-commerce transactions exceeded RMB 30 trillion,and online shopping users exceeded 600 million.China has become a superpower in the field of e-commerce,becoming the world's largest online e-commerce market,surpassing the US.B2 B e-commerce,as the e-commerce model of “Internet + traditional industries",mainly provides services for relevant middle and small-sized enterprises in the specific industry chain.Upon cooperation between financial enterprises and B2 B e-commerce enterprises,the supply chain finance of financial enterprises and other related financial businesses can be expanded drastically.The B2 B e-commerce enterprises are also special middle and small-sized enterprises.Firstly,the financing institution needs to make credit evaluation on the B2 B e-commerce enterprises before selecting proper business partners.There are no uniform standards and models for credit rating of middle and small-sized enterprises.In this paper,taking the B2 B e-commerce enterprises in middle and small-sized enterprises as the research object,the particularity of credit evaluation on the B2 B e-commerce enterprises is described,and factors affecting the credit evaluation of the B2 B e-commerce enterprises are subjected to specific analysis after making research on related data and literatures targeting at the characteristics and operation pattern of the B2 B e-commerce enterprises.The evaluation model is constructed by choosing financial and non-financial indexes through the analytical hierarchy process and the fuzzy synthetic evaluation.Firstly,qualitative indexes and quantitative indexes are classified hierarchically.Secondly,the weight judgment and evaluation matrix model is established through the investigation and scoring of experts.Finally,the final credit rating result is obtained through model calculation.In the research on cases in this paper,the credit evaluation on the B2 B e-commerce enterprises,G Company and H Company,listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations(NEEQ)market,are made through the analytical hierarchy process and the fuzzy synthetic evaluation model to calculate credit rating,and the results are subjected to comparative analysis..The following conclusions can be drawn through research on the credit evaluation of B2 B e-commerce enterprises:(1)The B2 B e-commerce enterprises apply the pattern of “Internet + traditional industries”,in which consideration must be given to both the characteristics of “Internet” and the characteristics of “traditional industries”;(2)The influence factor indexes are selected from the financial and non-financial perspectives targeting at the particularity of the B2 B e-commerce enterprises,which can achieve the purpose of comprehensive analysis while ensuring comprehensiveness;(3)Under the conditions of the current financial environment and data foundation in China,modeling is completed through the analytical hierarchy process and the fuzzy synthetic evaluation after making comprehensive analysis in conjunction with quantitative data and qualitative data,which will be practical and effective to credit evaluation on the B2 B e-commerce enterprises.During the credit evaluation of financing institutions on B2 B e-commerce enterprises,there are the following suggestions:(1)Make comprehensive analysis combining “Internet + traditional industries”;(2)distinguish the “business model” in financial analysis;(3)attach importance to the influence of non-financial factors;(4)calculate the credit rating of B2 B e-commerce enterprises effectively through the analytical hierarchy process and the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method,and provide assistance to make decision under risk in conjunction with other measures;and(5)re-evaluate at regular or irregular intervals.
