| With the trend of economic globalization and the internationalization of competition is increasing,the domestic industries have to face more and more brutal survival challenges.In order to survive and develop in the fierce competitive environment,enterprises must improve product quality,reduce operating costs,improve production efficiency,optimize service mode,and promote enterprise competitiveness.Modern logistics,as an advanced management mode,is widely considered to be the "third profit source",which is to reduce raw material consumption and increase labor productivity.It is highly valued by more and more government departments,research institutions and enterprises in China.In particular,many of the market awareness of the well-known large enterprises,has achieved great success in the field of logistics management system research and implementation.The paper takes the gepai company urban rail traffic cable as the research object of the logistics management,through the analysis of the company’s internal logistics management process,the supply,production,sales logistics management present situation,existing problems are studied,according to the requirements of the production of urban rail traffic cable,combined with the theory of logistics management,the improvement measures and measures of the cable manufacturing logistics for the company’s city rail transit are put forward.This paper starts with the study of enterprise logistics management,and analyzes the present situation of domestic and international research,the main research contents and the way of thinking,Then the definition and classification of logistics are described,the characteristics,scope and management technology of logistics management in enterprises are analyzed,based on the analysis of the present situation of urban rail traffic cable logistics management of the gepai company,points out the existing problems in supply logistics,production logistics,sales logistics,last,using the relevant theory of logistics management,the specific measures and measures are put forward to improve the existing problems,and on the completion of the traditional state-owned enterprises to the traditional state-owned enterprises to the fundamental transformation of the modern enterprise,put forward personal suggestions.The practical results show that supply logistics,production logistics and sales logistics are improved.Supply logistics,the copper rod as a strategic material,the Shanghai Futures Exchange copper futures contract price and trading volume for the price of the settlement basis,and by the strategic partner suppliers to establish logistics base of an ample supply of inventory,continue to supply every day,both to ensure the production of feeding,but also reduce the material inventory and capital occupation.Production logistics,adopt the system of Friday’s production scheduling,coordination of various departments and logistics,the output value of up to 11.5%,up to 99.7%,and the product delivery rate is more than 99%. |
