Traditional service marketing concepts pays more attention to segmented positioning and competitive strategy of market,expansion maintaining and management of customer relationship.However,for a company,if it wants to develop competitive advantages of services and marketing,it is not only the business for marketing departments like Marketing Department or Customer Relationship Management Department which contact with clients directly,but also the business for each internal aspect(or department)to be a whole participating in the competition.These are involved in deeper problem in enterprise operation and management,such as organizational structure,process design,institutional arrangement,performance appraisal,inner management,staffs training,and so on.Only these jobs in the aspects(or departments)are well integrated and form a coordinate and high effective system,a company can give full and complete play to huge power of services and marketing,thus win the victory in market competition.Therefore,the breakthrough point of this paper is different from traditional service marketing concepts.It opens a new path to analyze concepts from the point view of backstage operation management.Operation management is the eternal theme of commercial banks' development,concerning vital interests of staffs and overall interests of reform,development and stability.Commercial banks are unable to improve core competitiveness and marketing ability without operation management.Only finding something new and optimizing operation management,they can lower cost,improve efficiency,and finally improve their economic benefits.By researching integrated management process of backstage management department,the paper discusses from five aspects-objective management,performance appraisal,standardized process,study and training,services and marketing,hoping to improve marketing ability of foreground and finally improve the core competitiveness of commercial banks by strengthening inner management and improving work efficiency of backstage.Space lacks for a detailed description of it.The paper only briefly states,not deeply discusses common management concepts and methods.However,it states and explains more specifically on breakthrough and differences unlike popular management concept,implementation and operation of management concepts in practice.Such as explanation of five practical management tools,thoughts and examples of positioning quantification and so on.The paper tries hard to make breakthrough and innovation on concepts and methods in some management fields,especially place extra emphasis on application and operation in practice.Based on my experience in management these years,most management concepts at home and abroad can not be implemented and operated in actual practice,and finally become popular concepts.Therefore,the paper places more extra emphasis on practice and operation.The methods and tools mentioned in this paper have already been applying in actual practice and achieved good effects.
