This paper argues that enterprise strategy is abstract generalization of the enterprise management ideas in philosophical theme,is the top executive to ensure the survival and development of enterprise,by analyzing company's outer environment and inter conditions,made the fundamental and long-term planning and guidance.The aim of enterprise strategic planning is maintaining long-term and steady development for the enterprise in a changing environment,not only survival,but also actively creating the future in the existing condition.Enterprise strategic stipulated the enterprise aims and objectives,has been clear about the reason for the enterprise exists and the results of enterprise activity in future.With the aims and objectives,Enterprise's total activity might be effective and efficient.Inner Mongolia RX guarantee investment Co.,LTD.,under the supervision of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission,is one of the larger guarantee and investment companies in Inner Mongolia,is a group company business including local government investment platform,guaranteed investment,equity investments,entrust investment management,and bear a special responsibility of promoting and demonstrating Inner Mongolia guarantee and investment industry development,assisting the government investment behavior,promoting and helping small and medium-sized enterprise development,increasing the value of state-owned assets,the nature of the duties decided it with a strong strategic mission.This paper relies on the theories of enterprise management and enterprise development strategy;first of all,based on the framework of PEST analysis,research the RX company external strategic environment factors,including national macro environment,guarantee and investment industry environment,Inner Mongolia regional environment and capital market.Through researching on the RX guarantee investment limited company,the author gets lots of data,and expounds its internal resource endowment.Based on the above analysis,combining the position of the RX company in the Inner Mongolia region economy and industrial economy,using the method of SWOT analysis,identifying the opportunity and challenge the RX company face to in the future development,according to the company's actual situation,making necessary adjustment of its overall development strategy,planning each business platform development strategy,and around the strategic objectives proposed operable strategic measures.
