In enterprise management of the staff,the evaluation of the staff has been decided to lift staff position,an important symbol of how much salary.In for the employees to make the right,the comprehensive evaluation,performance appraisal is the most main is the most important one annulus.Performance appraisal not only with employees work life is closely related to each,as well as related to the development and the direction of company.From 2006 to 2010 years,with the construction market increasingly fierce competition in both domestic and abroad,as well as the changing situation,the development of the industry enterprise operating pressure increasing,how to seize the chance of market transition,and becomes the enterprise at present needs consideration.How to do perfect performance appraisal and how it can be combined with enterprise's development direction is one of the most difficult problems in present enterprise performance evaluation.As an example,this paper is based on SDFZ company focus from enterprise background,major challenges,market research and analysis,the environment at home and abroad are summarized,the enterprise development.pointed out emphatically SDFZ company in the face of industry competition pressure,want to have a foothold,it must set a conducive to the development of enterprise management system.However,from point of view,the development situation of SDFZ company performance management did not play a key role.Through the background of optimization study of performance appraisal,the performance appraisal method and content in the study.Will then present some more avant-garde performance measures for the administration of our country and abroad on the basis of the comparison and research,come to a conclusion:in order to make the enterprise goal,you must use a more effective performance management method--the balanced scorecard method.Combined with field condition of a SDFZ company is analyzed,and some of problems to solve.According to the universality and particularity of the company,combined with the company's actual data,on the basis of the status of company fully adjustable Chad,research to SDFZ company running status of the curtent performance appraisal is analyzed,through the questionnaire.find the problems existing in the current performance appraisal-analysis of the causes of the problem.Based on this,this paper,starting from the reality of SDFZ company,points out the achievements management as the basic achievement assessment guide,SDFZ company mainly balanced scorecard(BSC),a set of effective performance evaluation of one's will be the main index as evaluation standard,build a set of the balanced scorecard as the core,conducive to the implementation of the strategic target of the enterprise faster and better performance evaluation system.In this paper.starting from the enterprise staff,to the professional quality and technical level required of the employee must be to predict,and this change can bring advantage and efficiency are analyzed.Let each employee brought its most effective side to jobs,the company can bring its particular value to the market,make the enterprise develop to the next level.In management,from the company level,organization level and individual level SDFZ company KPI management system is established,and with SDFZ company closely combined with the reality,and the BSC as a key performance assessment system,real-time understanding of work completion,will be the result of the performance evaluation of the employees,and discusses improvement in time,and analyzes its relationship with the employee wages.In short,this paper will focus on BSC as building the basis of the construction of enterprise performance evaluation system and implement,and effective in actual application.
