As China's long-term economic structure in urban and rural areas, the arrangement of the various systems can not be covered by the group of migrant workers, resulting in migrant workers in the city have been marginalized, they can enjoy the social insurance is very few. The summarizes the academic circles for urban migrant workers' social insurance problem research based on, combined with their social survey and the urban area with the new policy, make in-depth analysis and Research on the social insurance problem of the rural migrant workers in cities, to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the existing policy, and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the improvement of the social security system for migrant workers.In Introduction part tells us the author believes that it is necessary to improve the social insurance of migrant workers, and has a strong theoretical and practical significance. The author summarizes the domestic and foreign literature review, and that the question of social security of migrant workers have been extensively studied, but the current study many years earlier, there is no combination of today's latest policy and the reality of the situation, many studies still exist some problems. Therefore, this paper from the actual situation of analysis of social insurance status of migrant workers, take the questionnaire in the form of a research area of Wenzhou social insurance situation, put forward to establish and perfect the social security of migrant workers policy recommendations.The first chapter introduces the basic theory of social insurance. From the theory of welfare economics, the Beveridge report, the labor market supply and demand analysis of the importance of the establishment of migrant workers social insurance.
