The Research On Brokerage Business Innovation Of HuaTai Securities PanYu Business Department

Up to now,Stock broking business always be the pillar business of securities market and bring huge profits for securities companys.With the brokerage Innovation Conference,Securities regulators are giving more supporting to the market innovation;in the meanwhile,with the development of Chinese economic,investing consciousness of residents is growing.It is necessary for sercurities companys to change policies and put forward new demands for Securities financial institutions.The research object of this paper is the brokerage business of Huatai Securities Panyu Business Department.First of all,through the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of Panyu Business Department's brokerage business,the author of this paper suggests that the development of the department should be included the transition and innovation.The business department has devoted itself to achieving the innovative goal-becoming a financial comprehensive service provider for high-end customers.On the basis of the department's current situation,all-around marketing theories and customer satisfaction theories,the department could be innovated in terms of operation principles,operation modes,marketing channels and customer services in order to achieve the target of brokerage transition.Under the guidance of the theory,the practice has proved that from those four aspects,the brokerage innovation of Panyu Business Department could not only help avoid territorial restrictions during the customer expansion for better customer orientation,but also provide individualized customer services to create the conditions for the diversification of the business income.At the same time,to ensure the successful operation of the brokerage innovation of Panyu Business Department,some supporting measures and suggestions are mentioned in this thesis from three aspects,including organizational structures,human resources,and evaluation &motivation modes.The case of the brokerage innovation of Huatai Securities Panyu Business Department could be seen as a reference for the future development of the securities department which are based on traditional business modes.
