The Shanghai stock exchange was established in November 1990.In December of the same year,the Shanghai Stock Exchange began the introduction of automatic quotation system,which marked the formal operation of the Shanghai stock exchange.In July 1991,the Shenzhen Stock Exchange opened its doors and opened its business.The formal operation of Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges is the main symbol of China's securities industry entering the development stage.According to the statistics of China Securities Association,by the end of 2016,the number of securities companies in China reached 129,with net capital of 1 trillion and 470 billion,net assets of 1 trillion and 640 billion,and total assets of 5 trillion and 790 billion.In view of the current situation of the securities industry,the competition in the industry is becoming increasingly fierce,and the traditional business in the industry is affected by the real economy,and the traditional business income has declined significantly.Therefore,in order to continuously promote the performance of securities companies,it is necessary to reduce the operating costs and improve the competitiveness of enterprises effectively in the industry.The securities business promotion service experience the channel to channel service and value-added service stage,from the shopkeeper to salesmen.With the market economic system continuously improved,the Internet economy has become more and more popular,the financial market of our country has got great development,relying on the Internet platform of new financial business and new financial institutions,to promote market,to better meet the customers' needs of financial products,financial services,safe,simple and quick appeal.The traditional business model and service content of the securities dealers can not meet the current customer needs,so brokers need to change the demand for high risk control standards,fast business processing,customized services and other needs.Through the analysis of China's traditional brokerage business department of the organization structure,operation mode,cost control,marketing management,and new features,the new customer needs to combine,making the overall design plan to construct the light business department of the securities company and more in line with the needs of the market,to achieve a win-win situation with customers "brokerage".The article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which discusses the background and significance of this paper,the research methods and research contents used in this paper.The second chapter is an analysis of the necessity of transforming the traditional brokerage firms into the light business department,including the development process,development status and reasons for transformation.The third chapter is the feasibility of the current construction of light business department analysis.The feasibility analysis includes the light business department of the definition,function,market demand,the support of national policy and light business organization structure and cost.In the fourth chapter,according to the previous research results,the design scheme of light business department is put forward.Suggestions are given from four aspects,that is,the main functions,address selection,operation mode and marketing management of light business department.The fifth chapter,taking a light business department as an example,carries on the research and analysis to its address selection,recruitment operation,marketing management,cost control and other aspects,and puts forward the existing problems,and gives the solution.The sixth chapter makes the conclusion and prospects for the light sales department.
