With the development and the application of the information technology and the deep development of the network economy,the customer demands have become personalized,diversified and customized and are in the trend of the total solution,so the enterprise should change from discovering needs to guiding demand.As the domestic skilled workers decreased,the labor cost and the raw material price increased and the resources supply,like the energy and the land,reduced,the manufacturing cost has been increasing,the situation of the product similarity become severe and the competitive strategies,like the price war and the commercial campaign,are hard to become effective.That's why the profit of the enterprise oriented in manufacturing and production has become less and less,the competitive advantage is unsustainable and the enterprise should resort to the differences of the competitive strategy,such as the service.As the application of the information technology and the network one in the industrial manufacturing field,the manufacturing system characterized with the modularization and unit production has emerged;The establishment of the industry 4.0 and “made in China 2025” promotes the integration of theinformatization and theindustrialization.All of these push more and more manufacturing companies to pay attention to service,to transit to the manufacturing servitization and to adopt the strategy of the customer focus,which will improve the core competitiveness and achieve continuous business operations.The thesis starts from the difficulties faced by the manufacturing enterprises at present,reviews and combines the important theory and the analysis method in the management field of the manufacturing enterprise,introduces the situation of GSK CNC Group and the production situation,and comprehensively analyzes the current development bottleneck faced by GSKCNC Group,and offers a proposal of the transformation of the manufacturing industry which is one of the strategic directions for GSK CNC Group to improve the competiveness and keep the business running;Moreover,the thesis also probes into the objectives,modes and strategies of the manufacturing servitization transformation for GSKCNC Group,points that GSKCNC Group should adopt the measures of five aspects: enhance after-sales service,strengthen the technology innovation and provide the total solution,improve the mass production to satisfy the individualized needs,enhance the collaborative supply chain,and emphasize the proposal of the internal information to achieve barrier-free communication,finally the goal of manufacturing servitization transformation can be realized;At the end of the paper,it puts forward the summary of the study,points the shortcoming of the study and the future situation is prospected.Under the new competitive environment,the paper analyses the difficulties of the enterprise development based on the manufacturing enterprise environment;it also puts forward some thoughts and methods regarding how to choose the manufacturing enterprise for transformation into the servitization,and the objectives,modes and measures about the transformation.It not only provides the new thought for breaking GSKCNC Group current development bottleneck and for the manufacturing servitization transformation,significantly for the further development for GSKCNC Group,it is also the reference about the manufacturing servitization transformation for other manufacturing enterprises.
