Study Of Corporate Culture Reconstruction For Listed Companies

With the continuous development of China's economy,more and more companies have been successfully listed through IPO.Listed companies become an important force to promote the transformation of the mode of social and economic development,and play an extremely important role in promoting the healthy growth of the national economy.With the growth and the success of listing,companies are free from the fierce competition and the plight of production supremacy.With the promotion of capital and platform,the expansion of competition,business model,organizational structure,culture remodeling and so on are required to change accordingly,in order to adapt to the new development of enterprises.Therefore,they need to be well-prepared of the corporate culture construction to promote the development of enterprises after being listed and allocate more investment for the construction.Corporate culture is the core competitiveness of the company.The reconstruction of corporate culture plays a tremendous effect on the transformation and upgrading of companies after being listed.By means of the study of the related literature of domestic companies'corporate culture,and further investigate the targeted companies by study of their internal documents,depth interviews with employees,comprehensive diagnostic analysis on the status of the company enterprise culture construction,and follow-up of their culture construction practice after being listed,this paper aims to summarize the theory system,common problems and successful practice of listed company corporate construction and refine some enlightenment for similar enterprises reference.Hope that domestic enterprises can quickly find their way to the construction of corporate culture in the transition period after being listed,refine the characteristics of corporate culture concept,construct matching corporate culture with enterprise strategy,and develop enterprise productivity,to promote the smooth realization of enterprise strategy.
