With the improvement of people's living standard,more and more attention has been paid to the problem of edible forest products.Recently,the national "13th Five-Year" plan also proposed "health China" concept.Increasing the quality and safety supervision of edible forest products,protecting the safety of the people on the tongue is to achieve national prosperity,national rejuvenation,the realization of the dream of a beautiful Chinese dream.This paper gets conclusion through the field visit and the issue of the questionnaire,gets a detailed understanding of the edible forest products in Shandong Province,combines the daily work with reading on the quality of agricultural products and food safety,and does researches on the basis of analyzing a large number of existing problems.To analyze and find the current edible forest products quality and safety supervision in pesticide residues,the quality of workers,the daily supervision of the production process problems and shortcomings,and solve the problem,this paper analyzes the cause,objective factors or subjective factors that lead to these problems.Using the collected questionnaires,through the screening,the statistical analysis of the high credibility,filling out the complete questionnaire survey data,through the histogram,pie chart and other quantitative ways,this thesis gives a detailed explanation of the main problems and main reasons in the current quality and safety supervision system of edible forest products and presents a variety of subjunctive and objective factors in a more intuitive and more convincing way.The results show that: at present,pesticide is the main factor that affect the quality and safety of edible forest products.The factors that affect the pesticide residues in the production stage of edible forest products are subjective and objective factors.Firstly,the farmers are subjective or habitually overdose the reasons for the application.Secondly,the objective of pesticide production,sales of pesticides shoddy,misleads the majority of farmers,resulting in pesticide residues.Thirdly,the lack of knowledge of fruit farmers causes wrong medication.In addition,the lack of daily supervision in the production process,the implementation of relevant laws and regulations are not in place or not perfect,the lack of food quality and safety awareness of farmers are also the main factors affecting the quality and safety of edible forest products.Finally,according to the results of empirical research,the paper summarizes the whole paper,and from the perspective of solving practical problems offers two pieces of advice.Firstly,pay attention to improve the quality of workers,including strengthening the technical training of farmers and farmers,to strengthen publicity and education,etc.Secondly,strict supervision,including strengthening the daily supervision and the implementation of relevant laws and regulations should be carried out to encourage social forces to participate,to strengthen the farmers,government and consumer communication between information and so on.In the end,this paper puts forward the practical and operational policy recommendations.
