Finance agency business is one of the most important business of Tai'an Postal Company(Hereinafter referred to as Tai'an Post).As the main finance agency business market of Tai'an Post,the rural market plays a vital role at enterprise income and whole development.Along with the change of financial market,Tai'an Post finance agency business is facing huge competition and new development opportunities in the rural market,which competitive strategy is in urgent demand.This paper tries to design a set of feasible competitive strategy in rural market of Tai'an Post,in order to play the advantages of the core competence of the finance agency business and to improve market share,and then to increase enterprise income.The author has mastered the finance agency business environment and present status of development in Rural Market of Tai'an Post by using literature research method and investigation research.On the basis of the research results written by domestic and foreign scholars and the resources of Tai'an Post finance agency business,this paper creatively put forward "differentiation" competition strategy in rural market.By put postal characteristics into the brand differentiation,product differentiation,service differentiation,channel differentiation and marketing differentiation,this paper has constructed competitive strategy system of finance agency business in rural market of Tai'an Postal multi-dimensionally,in order to improve enterprise competitiveness and can't be imitated.This paper consists six parts.The first part of introduction mainly introduces the research background and significance,and expounds the research content and ideas.In the second part,the research scope and theoretical basis are discussed by analyzing domestic and foreign research results.In the third part,this paper aims to master the trend and facing market environment of finance agency business in Tai'an rural market by analyzing its present situation.In the fourth part,this paper expounds the competitive strategy of finance agency business in rural market of Tai'an postal company and then puts forward the strategic assumption.In the fifth part,safeguard measures have been present for the implementation of competitive strategy.The research results are summarized in this paper in the last part.
