For those subordinates who have deep similarities with their own,the supervisor will show more affection and trust,and will give more understanding,support,and resources to these subordinates,which will contribute to the employee's innovative behavior.However,there are still few studies on the impact of supervisor-subordinates deep similarity perception with employee innovation behavior.Under the national conditions of China,the managers of the state-owned enterprises and the managers of the non-state-owned enterprises face different development environment and business objectives,which difference may lead to the difference of the influence of the individual's cognition on the authorized behavior.Based on the actual situation of Chinese enterprises,it is meaningful to explore the relationship between supervisor-subordinate deep similarity perception,empowerment behavior,ownership type and employee innovation behavior.On the basis of literature review,this paper puts forward the hypothesis that the supervisors-subordinates deep similarity perception has positive influence on the empowerment behavior and the employees innovative behavior,simultaneously predicts the intermediary role of employees innovative behavior,the regulatory role of the ownership type in the relationship between supervisor-subordinate deep similarity perception and employees innovative behavior.Using the questionnaire survey method,162 pairs of supervisors-employee matching questionnaires were collected from 15 enterprises in 4 provinces,and then SPSS20.0 and AMOS21.0 were used for data analysis to further test the hypothesis results.The reliability analysis,validity analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and so on were analyzed respectively to future examine the relationship between supervisors-subordinate deep similarity perception,empowerment behavior,ownership type and employee innovative behavior.The results of data analysis show that:the supervisors-subordinates deep similarity perception has a significant positive impact on employee innovation behavior;Empowerment behavior plays a full mediating role between supervisors-subordinates deep similarity perception and employee innovation behavior;The ownership type plays a regulatory role in the relationship between the supervisors-subordinates deep similarity perception and empowerment behavior.This paper explores the influence of similarity perception on employee's innovation behavior from the point of view of supervisor,expanded the research perspective of similarity theory.In addition,the conclusion of the research has a strong practical significance:the manager can moderately increase the empowerment behavior to promote employee innovation behavior;employees can also try to increase communication with the supervisor to enhance the similarity of the supervisor in order to gain more authorization and resources to achieve innovation;the exploration of the role of the type of regulation is conducive to different business managers,employees take the appropriate strategy to better manage the team and develop themselves.
