As a leading enterprise in Fujian Province,the development of FJ architectural design and Research Institute is limited under the constraints of the system in recent years,the leading position has been challenged.With the increasingly fierce competition during domestic architectural market,how to maintain the leading position,how to introduce modern enterprise management mode,to establish an effective performance appraisal system,to objectively measure and evaluate the performance of the designer staff,to mobilize the enthusiasm of the designer staff,to retain the core talents,to keep core competitiveness,seems very urgent for FJ Architectural Design Institute.This paper reviews the related theories of performance management,and summarized the theory of performance management model,combined with the current situation of performance management in FJ Architectural Design Institute,analyses the existing problems of performance management.In the analysis of the causes of the problems,will the combination of own experience,then raised up the improved scheme for exiting performance management system,and finally come to this conclusion.Although this article's research object is based on the FJ Architectural Design Institute,but as the leading position if Fujian Provincial Architectural design enterprises,the existing performance management problems has certain universality.So the analysis of problems of this company and the improved scheme,in a certain range in this industry,more or less have referential significance and promotion value.
