With the accelerated pace integration of world economy and the arrival of the era of knowledge economy,human capital has become a key and the scarcity resources of the development of society and enterprise,good human capital has become the key to win the competition.How to give full play to the effectiveness of human capital,stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of human capital,human capital incentive problem has become an important issue of enterprise management.Due to the small scale and weak financial strength,the private scientific and technological enterprises are in the inferior position in attracting and retaining talents.So it is urgent to establish and perfect the incentive mode of human capital.Therefore,how to constructing a scientific and effective incentive system to stimulate the human capital of the private scientific and technological enterprises is very important for the sustainable development of the private science and technology enterprises.This paper adopts the methods of literature analysis,case analysis and field survey,and so on,take Shenzhen A technology company as an example,based on the basic situation of the company and its human resource,analyzes the present situation of human capital incentive mechanism and the existing problems,reconstructs the incentive mechanism of human capital,and puts forward the Countermeasures of human capital incentive mechanism.This paper is divided into six parts,the first chapter introduces the basic situatiorn of the paper,the research background,research significance,research ideas and methods,as well as the research status and main research contents.Chapter two is the theoretical basis,cdefines the related concepts,explains the relevant theories of motivation,and analyzes the inspiration of motivation theory to the human capital incentive of the scientific and technological enterprises.Chapter three is the analysis of the current situation of Human Capital Motivation of Shenzhen A technology company.It introduces the basic situation of Shenzhen A technology company and the current situation of human capital incentive of A company,and deeply analyzes the problems existing in human capital incentive of A company.Chapter four is reconstruction of human capital incentive system of Shenzhen A technology company,put forward the construction principle and target of human capital incentive mechanism of A company,from the basic framework of human capital incentive mechanism and the content of human capital incentive mechanism,for the reconstruction of human capital incentive mechanism of A company.Chapter five is the implementation of safeguard measures of human capital incentive mechanism of A company,from five aspects:the improvement of incentive measures,improve the existing performance evaluation system,emphasis on human capital participation in management incentives,improve the occupation career planning management,to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture,put forward some measures to ensure the implementation of human capital incentive mechanism.Chapter six is the conclusion,summarizes the full text research conclusion,points out the existing problems,and prospects for the next research.
