A Research On Improvement Of Credit Examination And Approval Department Of X Branch Of J Bank's Training System

Due to the particularity of banking,product homogeneity become more and more serious,and the competition between enterprises will increasingly hinge on the quality of human resource.With the continuous expansion of the staff of X branch of J bank,which puts forward higher and higher requirements for the training of employees' knowledge and skills.In this paper,through the analysis and research on X Branch of J Bank's training system,the author designs and improves a more scientific and systematic training system.At the beginning of this paper,the author analyzes the general employee situation of credit examination and approval department of X branch of J bank.This paper expounds the present situation of the training system of credit examination and approval department from the aspects of the determination of the training demands,the establishment of the training target,the design of the training plan,the implementation of the training activities and the post training evaluation.And on this basis,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of credit examination and approval department of X branch of J bank's training system.To solve the above-mentioned problem,after the relevant data has been collected through questionnaire survey and field interviews,this paper made full use of the existing employee training theory and initially formed a complete set of operation of the new training system from the aspects of the training demand analysis,curriculum design,training staff construction,training evaluation system design.On top of that,this paper put relevant comments and suggestions from the aspects of organization,management,system and funds,in order to make reasonable suggestions to the constructions of credit examination and approval department of X branch of J bank's new training system.
