Endowment Insurance For Urban And Rural Residents Of Kunming City

The social security system is the arrangement of the state for the welfare of the people of the society,which can play an important role in stabilizing the society and promoting social development while adjusting the social fairness.Since the reform and opening up,China's social security system in the continuous development,has made significant progress,but there are still small coverage,weak financing and other issues.The old-age insurance is an important part of the social security system.It is the inevitable trend and objective requirement for the development of the old-age insurance in China to realize the old-age insurance system.In recent years,some areas of our country took the lead in reform and exploration,formed a local characteristics of urban and rural residents social pension insurance integration model,Kunming as a pilot area,also carried out a positive exploration and development.Kunming City,the pilot of the City People's Government in 2014 promulgated the "Kunming urban and rural residents basic pension insurance implementation details" as a symbol,in recent years of exploration and continuous development,has achieved remarkable results,but there are also deficiencies.In this paper,through the investigation of the pilot process of social security in Kunming,the paper analyzes the running effect and finds out the problems in the process of running the system.It shows that the social security system in our country still needs to be further improved.It has important implications for Kunming to build a better society,and to achieve the goal of "protect the benefit for old people".
