The Strategy Research Of Information Industry's Development For Chenggong District In The City Of Kunming

IT industry(information industry)is developed with extremely rapid growth at present ages in China,contributing more and more increase of economy continually as the main pillar.Chenggong district,as the political center and cultural center of Kunming city,is badly in need of development of IT industry to drive whole industries'development.It really has great practical significance.Firstly,this article studies the basic theories of IT industry and IT industry development strategy from domestic and abroad fundamental theories and academic literature.Subsequently,it discusses the IT industry currently circumstances and development environment,using SWOT method to analyze strength,weakness,opportunity and threat for the Chenggong district of Kunming.Based on above analyses,this article confirms the IT industry development strategy of the Chenggong district of Kunming,which is mainly about Macro Policy Strategy,Capital Attraction Strategy,Industries Upgrade Strategy and Talent Training Strategy.The Chenggong district will ensure the realization of these strategies with aspects of building great policy environment,increasing favorable investment effort and accuracy,vigorously developing the information industry park,and paying key attention on personnel training.Study of this paper fix the vacant subject plan of IT industry strategies for the Chenggong district.It is mainly from the author's unique working environment and experiences,which makes this creation very original and different with others' outcome.Based on the fully study of the regional features,the strategies of this paper makes some kind of innovation and will be worthy to use for references.
