Research On The Continuation Of Cross-coordination Transfer Of Endowment Insurance

Pension insurance system carries the public's desire for a pleasant retirement life,pension insurance is increasingly highly expected by the insured.Meanwhile,as system reforms constantly,some problems have aroused wide concern in the public,especially that cross-regional transfer difficulty of pension insurance affects the rights and interests of the insured.For this,the implementation of Interim Procedures to Transfer Basic Pension Insurance for Enterprise Employees takes the first step to better this difficulty.And,the later new policies are carried out to smooth the transfer channel.This paper mainly centers on two aspects:first,to gather and analyze the current status of pension insurance transfer and renewing,explore governments' and individual pension responsibility respectively,and make theoretical study on pension insurance system construction;second,to conduct an empirical research based on the current status in Kunming,analyze business statistics related to its transfer and renewing,find out the existing problems and therefore put forward suggestions standing in the position of insurance agencies.The innovation point of this paper is to combine all the current pension insurance transfer and renewing systems together based on enterprise employees' basic pension insurance,and further show the implementation status of the patchy renewing policy,which is of great significance to this system improvement in China,By discussing the factors influencing pension insurance renewing and referring to advanced experience of other regions and countries,it proposes to establish three pillar systems of pension insurance according to the current status of China.Furthermore,feasible measures are put forth from insurance agencies perspective,including advocating information construction,regular training,standard comprehensive teller system and pension insurance policies promotion in multiple ways.All these are intended to remove the dilemma of cross-regional transfer,thereby driving a harmonious advancement in labor market and building a perfecter and fairer pension insurance system.
